🛒 Ingredients — 1 Serving
- 1 pack Korean instant ramyeon
- Water according to package directions
- 1 egg
- 1 green onion, sliced
Optional:
- Kimchi
- Sesame seeds
- 1 slice of cheese
👨🍳 3 Easy Steps
1. Boil the Water
Bring the recommended amount of water to a boil in a small pot.(550ml)
Add the soup seasoning and dried vegetable packet.
2. Add the Noodles
Add the noodles and cook according to the package directions, usually about 3–4 minutes.
Gently loosen the noodles with chopsticks or tongs while they cook.
3. Add the Egg
About 1 minute before the noodles are finished, crack an egg directly into the pot.
For a soft egg, leave it whole and cover the pot briefly.
Finish with sliced green onions.
